Colour Coordinated at barrecore

Black n White is so on-trend this season, even dogs are doing it.

Emma makes a new, colour-matching friend at www.barrecore.co.uk this week, giving her another reason to keep up her visits (as if toning up those glutes wasn't enough). barrecore's resident pooch - Bruno (a butch name for a dog which is essentially a small cat, who looks a bit like a dog) was attracted to his new playmate, perhaps noticing the resemblance (sorry Emma). We love Bruno at S&M towers and if any of you fancy a cuddle too, you'll have to get your kit on and work those muscles first (cuddles are only allowed after workouts).

barrecore trainers stop traffic as they transform into live, moving mannequins for luxury lingerie company petits bisous, at the Dovehouse Parade Summer Garden Party, King’s Road, London

In the name of charity and good fun, 3 striking dancers from London’s ballet-barre fitness studio, barrecore braved the cold by stripping off to their delectable, petits bisous undies and showing guests of the Dovehouse Parade Summer Garden Party how to move like a ballerina and tone-up! The girls undertook all the commendable moves whilst modelling stunning ensembles from the new, luxurious and chic petits bisous London boutique, causing traffic jams throughout the night!

A bunch of girls even said "We must get back into barrecore if it means we can look like that!"

Yes, indeed you must.

Woods of Windsor appoints M & N Traders

Woods of Windsor has appointed M & N Traders as its exclusive wholesaler for independent pharmacies. Woods of Windsor, established in 1770 and originating from an 18th century apothecary, re-launched this year with new striking packaging that captures the natural essence of the brand; larger sizes offering greater customer value & savings; and three new, on-trend scents to sit alongside their current portfolio of core floral fragrances.

To celebrate the re-launch M&N Traders invited 200 pharmacists to a Champagne Dinner & Dance last Saturday. Following a red carpet, champagne welcome reception, guests were seated for a 3 course Indian banquet. Mr Narinder Kohli welcomed guests and introduced managing Director of Woods of Windsor, Quentin Higham who presented the Woods of Windsor collection followed by a branded film.

Guests were entertained throughout the evening by Bollywood dancers and DJ Paul Shah. Some diners joined the dancers to learn some essential Bollywood moves!

A caricaturist also drew hilarious illustrations of diners throughout the evening. Here’s the one he did of Smith & Monger’s own Emma & Asha...we’ll let you decide if it’s a good resemblance!
